I am having trouble logging into my account

If you've purchased a Simple Company product and can't log in, try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're using the same email you used at checkout.
  2. Go to simplecompany.co/login and click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
  3. If the password reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
  4. Still stuck? Email concierge@simplecompany.co with the email address you used at checkout. We'll get it fixed.
