What is your refund policy?

Here's the short version:

  • Single purchases (non-recurring): Refunds available within 72 hours if less than 50% of the product is completed.
  • Memberships: Non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime through your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Consulting and done-for-you services: Non-refundable. Cancellation requires 30 days notice, and you'll retain access through the end of that period.
